Just a reminder that the Ohio Department of Health requires that all seventh grade students have a tetanus booster prior to entering the seventh grade. If your child has already received this immunization, please forward the date he/she received it to our school nurse, Heidi Bodi at firstname.lastname@example.org
If your child has not yet received this, please contact his/her physician or the Lake County General Health District for an appointment. This immunization MUST be received by September 7, 2015 for your child to remain in school, pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code.
Please contact Mrs. Bodi if you have any questions.
Just an FYI: We are starting some necessary maintenance on our football field. Rest assured that all the events planned for the fall have been taken into account and will proceed as scheduled.
